The philosophy of the Fit Physiques Online Personal Training is based on 14 years of teaching Health and Physical Education and Certificate IV Personal Training. The program involves a simple scientific and physiological approach on how the body function's and more specifically how the energy system works to burn fat and build muscle. Science is fact!!!!! Fad diets and 'magic' pills don't work.

How the Fit Physiques Online Personal Training works

We are an online personal training company that design written personalised fitness, nutrition and weight-loss programs. We provide an education into controlling your weight-loss or muscle gain. You will lose weight or gain muscle guaranteed.

We design your exercise and nutrition programs, email them to you and away you go day by day!! No face to face personal trainers or gyms needed!We design activities for you to do at home and around your area. You only need 30 minutes a day.

Your easy to follow nutrition program is conveniently set out for you daily.

Don't pay $800 a year to go to the gym thinking this will force you to go! And are you going to the gym but not losing weight? this is due to not knowing the right nutrition for weight- loss even though you may be eating healthy foods. It can take about 1/2hr round trip to the gym followed by a 30-40 minute workout rounding out to 1-2hrs per day. This is where the motivation becomes unrealistic!!
